Designing this magazine was bittersweet because it is the last issue I will design before I graduate. I made it memorable, complete with making a brand-new logo for the magazine. You can see the whole magazine here.

Five Cent Sound, Vol. 7
Designing for the music magazine Five Cent Sound is such a fun chance to play with layout and color. I oversaw a design staff and worked with the Creative Director to bring the magazine to print. Pictured to the left are some of the pages I personally designed. You can see the whole magazine here.

I co-created this website about DIY projects for college students with my partner for a class project. These are some of my favorite article images I designed to capture the magazine’s contemporary and quirky aesthetic.

Flyer for Mass Poetry
I made this flyer explaining Mass Poetry’s programing for a grant application. I used photos from Mass Poetry events and the nonprofit’s vibrant logo colors to organize the copy into easily digestible sections.
Personal Projects
Being Trans on Campus zine
I wrote and designed this informative zine in the trans pride flag colors. It was distributed on campus by Theyta, a collective of nonbinary Emerson students You can read it here.
Guerrilla Girls art booklet
I wrote and designed this for a class assignment to create an 8×5.5in art booklet for an imaginary exhibition. I chose the GuerrillaGirls so I could play with their use of bold fonts and color. You can read it here.
